Hey there! My name is Kevin Carnell and I am a former National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.

I am no stranger to hard work. I love dedicating time throughout the week to my own personal fitness as well as helping family and friends achieve a better understanding of their own body. I want to help others challenge themselves, feel empowered through movement, and feel sexy throughout their fitness journey.
