Guideness is a community of Guides who specialize in wellness, fitness, nutrition and self-improvement. The platform was designed to serve as the bridge between you and your favorite instructors. You have the opportunity to advance your well being all in one place by creating your wellness dream team!

The discussions page is the communication hub between you and the Guide you are subscribed to. Your Guide will post updates related to their content and interests similar to a discussion board. It's a place for you to connect directly with your Guide and other users. All comments also have the option to be made public or private.

Once subscribed to your guide, you can access all content under the videos tab in your guide's profile. This may include demo videos, full-length workouts, and more!
If looking for a specific video, try the filter by category drop-down menu and choose an area of focus.

To update your credit card information, click the Account Settings button. Once you are on that page, click Payment Method. When you select Add New Payment Method, you will be able to submit your card information and billing address. Your default payment method will be used for outgoing subscription payments that you are subscribed to.

The best way to communicate with any guide is through the comments section available on any page or through discussion posts in the community section.

Yes, you can comment on their posts on the Discussions page and they will get back to you in a timely manner.

Here's a quick shortcut to our site. Follow these instructions to get Guideness as an app icon on your iPhone:
- Go to the Guideness site on your web browser.
- Sign into your account and head to whichever page you use most.
- Hit the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click 'Add to Home Screen +'
- Adjust the name if you want
- Click ADD!

Click on SETTINGS from the left panel menu under your profile icon. From the Account tab, click on "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.

To cancel your subscription, please click on the Account Settings page, under My Memberships you will see the Guide(s) you are subscribed to, your activity status, next payment date and price of subscription. Click "Cancel Membership" to cancel your subscription.

Upon submitting a cancellation for your subscription, you have to request a refund and provide an explanation as to why. If you choose to cancel, Guideness will cancel any future payments. Upon completed cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. The refunded amount will be returned to your payment method between 5-7 business days.

You can mirror your workouts from your iPhone, tablet, or Mac computer to your TV or device (Roku, Chromecast, AppleTV …).
From an iPhone or an iPad:
- Swipe down from the top right corner of your Apple device
- Select "Screen Mirroring"
- Select your TV or target device from the list
- Swipe up to make the settings screen disappear
- To disconnect, tap on "Stop mirroring"
From a Mac computer:
- Click on the control center icon in the top right corner of your Mac (Be sure to have bluetooth on!)
- Select "Screen Mirroring"
- Select your TV or target device from the list
- To disconnect, refer steps 1-3

You can add a comment to any of your guide's content.
Have a question about a particular move but only want your guide to see? Switch your comment to private. In private mode, you and your guide are the only ones able to see this.
You can now add photos to any comments—a great way to track progress or leave some inspiration. Click add a photo and select from your files.

Use the comment feature to leave private notes to yourself and track your progress. Leave a note and return back to it when you're ready to see how far you've come.

Some of our Guide requirements are that you must be an expert within at least one of our 4x wellness verticals: fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and well-being. You must have proof of previous teaching experience and be passionate about what you offer and ready for the right content partner. You must have experience filming what you do to the camera and have an active following. To learn more, please visit this page.
