My philosophy is “love always, all ways”. I believes that this is not just for loving others, but even more importantly for loving yourself always in all ways. There is no such thing as perfection. There will be times in your life that lead you astray from this philosophy, as it has for me, but the most crucial thing to remember is that you can always come back to it.

Gain access to a growing library of yoga videos, posture breakdowns, breathwork training, recovery & stretching sequences. Select classes based on your level, your emotional state such as anxiety or depression, as well as target areas and muscle groups such as your back, arms or abs. My teachings are holistic in nature, expect a wide range of offerings often not found in a traditional yoga subscription.

ABOUT ME:

I started my wellness journey at the young age of 17 and immediately fell in love with Yoga. Yoga has allowed me the ability to learn and provide a variety of fitness and wellness modalities into the lives of my community. I have taught 1000’s of yoga classes both group and private— working to help heal people internally and externally. I have led yoga teacher trainings, international wellness retreats, as well as monthly Full Moon Ceremonies. I work with the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual side when working with my students. I feel that the real beauty of yoga is that it has no boundaries, it is forever evolving and encompassing. When I became pregnant with my first child Luca, I dove into prenatal & postnatal yoga as well as developed an incredible 6 week postpartum program for mamas. I use the life experience I continue to gain toward my yogic teachings and hope to share what I've learned with each of my students.
